Oct. 22nd, 2005 09:24 amThe following is a story I found in the Fall 2005 issue of Teaching Tolerance. My mom subscribes to this magazine and sends the issues to me. It's wonderful. It gives ideas on how to stop prejudice in the classroom and at home. Because I'm a sub, I find a lot of the ideas really interesting, though I would never be able to implement the more involved ones. Maybe if I was a teacher I could, but I have no intention of becoming one.
This story is a Sufi tale, and was in the Story Corner section of the fall issue. It has a wonderful message and I wanted to share it with all of you.
