I picked up Chaz today in Sherwood and we went to see a movie...I haven't seen a movie in the theater for months.

He'd already seen Star Trek, but said he wouldn't mind watching it again, so that's what we did.

I loved it! I was never a huge Trekkie or anything, but I loved it. I would definitely watch it again. And, to my lady friends who seem to be commenting on this a lot, yes. I did think Spock was cute.

I mentioned that to Charles and he kind of rolled his eyes and said, "Yeah, Sofia said something about him having 'luscious lips,' whatever that means. I didn't notice."

Tomorrow, the beach!

I found Star Trek very enjoyable. Didn't even have much of a problem with suspension of disbelief. Come on, it's Star Trek!

It's funny, I really don't remember saying that. But I sure believe it's true, I have a yummy pic of him from a mag that's definitely going up on my wall :D :D :D :D
It just made me love Zachary Quinto more and more.

I didn't even know who he was until I watched Star Trek. Funny thing is, I looked him up on imdb after the movie and thought he looked kind of weird without his Spock getup on. How silly is that?? :)

That movie was fantastic ... I was never a Star Trek fan either ... in fact I only recall seeing bits and pieces of the show with the guy who played Professor X in X1 to X3 ... but this film was great even if you had no clue about the history of the show/films

I notice you have Zachary Quinto in your icon. Is it weird that he looks odd to me without his Spock getup on? :)

Yeah he does look "odd" without the ears and such lol ... but I was a fan of his from Heroes so I'm used to seeing him either way ... it was actually weird to me seeing him as Spock and playing the morally good guy lol
