Mom and I just got home from a performance of the New Shanghai Circus. It was so very very cool. Contortionists, acrobats, balancers, plate-spinners, jugglers, all between the ages of 12 and 20. It was damn impressive, with just enough mess-ups to be sure everything was genuine. Also, it really made me want to draw Chinese dancers. They were SO gorgeous (and cute at the same time). Nifty stuff.
