Oh my god, people. Keely and I just did a Pilates workout and I almost died. There was sweat dripping off my nose, I'm serious. And the fat rolls are still there, and don't seem to have diminished at all. NOT WORTH IT.

I know that I can't expect results that fast. I don't really. But it would be nice. Also, I hate sweating. There's nothing sexier than me when I sweat. Yes, that's sarcasm. Me when I sweat is, on the sexiness meter, only slightly above sumo wrestlers in a pool of oatmeal.

Keely's out of the shower now, so it's my turn YAY.

seriously..those work though..you make sure to like...walk a little bit each day..and you get so strong and nimble! I love them...they get easier and eventually there's not that much sweat, just a lot of stretching and working tummy and stuff..it's yay!

Oh, man, I feel your pain. I did Pilates 3x a week, like religiously, all through last year. That shit is hard if you do it right. After a while I was like, "Hell, I'm not seeing any results," so I stopped going. Only then did I realize just how effective it was: the stomach, ass, and thighs took over my body about a month later. Damn.
