Wen, wen, little wen...

kokopellinelliOkay, I have a blemish. This in itself wouldn't be news, except I'm not entirely certain this blemish is a zit. I don't know what else it could be, though.
It's between my upper lip and my left nostril. I thought it was a pimple at first, one of those really deep ones that hurts. But it's been around for more than a week now and it hasn't done anything! It doesn't even hurt anymore. It's just a red bump. I've been putting pimple cream on it and it hasn't come to a head or anything.
My second thought was that it was a cold sore, but it doesn't feel like one. I put some cold sore gel on it, just in case. Nothing.
Anyway, I'm getting sort of annoyed. It needs to either come to a head or gtf off my face.
Anyone have any ideas as to what this could be? Really stubborn zit? Tumor? Egg sac?
