My "favorite" day of customer complaints was on the American Eagle. The whole day was rain and fog. Couldnt see a thing except i think meares cavled nicely for us. but no columbia and no animals except for the residents of bulls head. On the way home right before we got into the dock she came up to me and started bitching. "why did we go out on a day like to day" "what they hell did you do to the weather"" it is ALWAYS SUNNY IN VALDEZ, in all of my years coming to this town it is ALWAYS SUNNY and perfect!!" i wonder what universe she was from where it is always sunny in valdez? the only way i could get her to shut the hell up was promise her that a manager of the company will talk to her once we dock and i have no control over refunds or anything. i just control or try to reign in the staff. she wasnt happy with that but stomped away. a few min later her husband came over and apologized for her. Then they went and talked to amanda :) and she told them off after giving them a refund i think
