A lady with a very thick accent and a loud, monotone voice just called. I could barely understand her but I could tell she was from some credit card company and wanted my mom. I told her that she's not here and she asked if I was an authorized user on that account. I said no and she said that was fine, she'd just try to reach him at another time.

Then I realized she'd been calling my mom "Mr." for the entire call.
