I'm drawing today, trying out some new designs for Justin's mural. No, I haven't done the mural yet. Still trying to figure out what it should look like.

My hair hurts. On both sides of my head, like I've had it in pigtails for 5 days or something. Driving me insane. And it's making my teeth hurt, too. Like, wtf is that all about? Stupid interconnected nerves.

Listening to the Last Unicorn soundtrack again. Go me. I have it on repeat. Because I need some inspiration, dammit. The mural is supposed to have a unicorn in it. My back itches and it's raining.

I don't have a dream story for you-all today. (Learned another word for y'all today...it's a Delaware dialectical word: "among-ye." I think I'm going to start using it).

I put a fan art ticket into the queue at Elfwood. I know, I know. Fan art, right? Bleh. Well, I wanted to do it, so I did. I'll let among-ye know when the ticket's gone through. Like ya really care, right? Heh.

Now it's raining. I had to run to the bank earlier to take Keels some cranberry juice and Ibuprofin because her kidney infection is acting up again. She'll have to see the doctor tomorrow.

I feel dreary. I don't know if it's the weather or boredom, or stress or what. Maybe I'm coming down with something. The flu would explain why my hair hurts, I think.

Sometime in the next couple months, I'm going to make an effort to join the community theater hereabouts. I miss the stage. I don't know if I'd try out for any acting roles, but I'm sure they'd need people for backstage and stuff. Maybe I could paint sets. It would get me some friends. I mean, I love my flist, but it's kinda sad that I have more friends on the internet than I do in real life. Noooo, I like being a hermit! Mama, don't make me...MEET PEOPLE! Augh!

Anyway. I'm going to let among-ye (those of you who actually read this incoherent, rambling brain-spillage) go so I can shave my head or something, dammit. Do they make scalp-Novacaine?

So, Keels and I are watching this on DVD. It was made in 1965, so it has an excuse to be, shall we say, so cheesy as to be almost painful. I've just spent the last 9 minutes laughing and it's only 13 minutes into the movie.

Leslie Ann Warren is Cinderella (her first film, it seems), and some rather creepy grease-head is playing the prince. And seriously, the women playing the stepsisters are older than the women playing their mother. Medical miracles, I guess. Ginger Rogers is the queen.

Ooh, I think Cinderella's about to sing! Yep. There she goes.

Been a while since I've seen a movie this old. I guess that's kind of sad.

There's the Prince again. He's wearing tights. TIGHT tights!
