Sep. 16th, 2005 05:31 pmSo, this was my last day at work. I will miss the money (what little there was of it) and most of the people, but I will not miss the houses we did today. I was with Amy, who trained with Keels. We had 3 houses, all of which I had been to before. The first house had spiders. Bajillions and bajillions of spiders. All the fuck over.
The second house was the one I wrote about a couple weeks ago, with the kitten. He wasn't quite as shy around me this time as he was last time, and he was so sweet. I wanted to steal him again. A girl from Elkhorn came and helped us at that one, so it wasn't that bad.
And the last one smelled like dog piss. According to Amy, last time she was at that house, she finished vacuuming the living room carpet then watched in horror as the dog peed all over it.
In other news, I watched the premier of the show Supernatural last night. Jared Padalecki (who played Dean in Gilmore Girls) is one of the main characters, and Jensen Ackles (who is just hot) is the other main character, whose name is Dean.
Yes. It confused me too.
Normally I'm not really into scary things, but I'd seen the previews for this and thought it looked interesting. I watched it as I normally watch scary movies; sorta out of the corner of my eye. If I'd had a blanket, it would have been wrapped around my head.
I was toying with the idea of doing a recap, but I'm not at all sure I'd be able to write one worth reading. If anyone asks (yeah right, eh?) I'll do one. I kinda hope they show an encore tonight. I'd like to see it again while looking directly at the screen.
