I get backne like nobody's business, too. Clinique makes an anti-acne body spray that actually works wonders - I spray it on my back (and sometimes chest) before going to bed, and after a few days of doing this I'm much...er...clearer. Too bad it smells like ass and feels like saran wrap.

I actually don't get boobzits all that often...my roomie had to explain to me what it was. I thought I was popping out a third nipple or something.
